Update: and I got sick 🤮later that night, 😭 worst experience ever.
Pizza came to me very late, it was cold and the seal was broken. Called the store and they refused a refund, claiming that corporate doesn't allow refunds. Which I know that's not even close to true. Not to mention the manager got on the line and started immediately talking over me and being argumentative with me. I was talking in hushed tones as I was holding a napping baby. I literally had to tell her to calm down, that's not good customer service.

Took almost 2 hours to deliver. Pizzas & wings were cold, pizza was hard. Hardly any toppings, including sauce. Thin layer of cheese didn't even cover the whole pizzas, ham on pizza was hard & rubbery. Never had such bad service from this location before, I assume they're busy!

Good as far as any pizza place goes. I’ve had my order messed up a couple of times and the reason we keep going back is because when I call to let them know, they are apologetic and put coupons on your account with no problem. We’ve gotten free pizza several times which has come in handy for having people over to watch the game. Never had bad food from here.

Decent tasty lunch for me and my family. Large half pepperoni half cheese pizza regular crust for the kids. Medium meatlovers pizza regular crust for me and the wife. Honey bbq wings. Kids loved their pizza, no leftovers. My pizza was good, crust was very tasty. The wings were okay. Overall no complaints from my family or me. The appearance seems old, could use some freshening up to brighten up the place. No doggie bags today. Cashier, friendly and helpful. Foodbill at $50 plus. A little fun area for the kids kept them happy too.

I always order online and have it delivered. So far I have only ordered through them twice. The food was delicious and freshly made. No problems whatsoever. I hope I do not have problems with them.

Um... a raw pizza shouldn't be so.normal.we have to ask for it to be well done. I sincerely hope they fire everyone here and replace them with some people who get it. And customer service is a joke here. The drivers are rude and even though they're not supported to ask for a signature for contactless delivery, they always demand I do. One driver yelled in my son's face. Hard pass.

If you have another option i would choose that! Last 2 visits have been awful! They often do not have the national advertised Specials. And if they do they charge more. Rude staff, dirty facility and slow. Triple treat box missing items after waiting an extra 25 minutes. Last visit spoke to women who says she is the owner. Was rude and offered no remedies. Very inconvenient, but I will drive to W 7th St in Reno from now on.
