Port Of Subs

I love Port of Subs but what ever you do, Don’t go to this location. I honestly never write reviews but I’m so tired of getting ripped off from these people here. Last time a went, I bought a brownie that felt very light in my bag and the employee made sure she put it in there for me. When I got home, I realized that it was a dry piece chocolate cake that was baked and wrapped to look like a brownie. Today, I think ‘I just won’t order a brownie and it will be fine’. Wrong again. I order a side of macaroni salad and again it feels really light. I open it and they put maybe a scoop in the cup and it was about 1/3 full (about four bites worth). On top of that, there was this hard and rubbery outer skin from the salami that tried to use as a slice in my sandwich that I nearly choked on. In this case, I think it was worse because they were taking advantage of the fact that I ordered through Uber eats and was not there to watch what they were doing.

My family and I love this location! The people who work there are happy and helpful. The place is always clean. There is a divider between customers and the sandwich maker and ingredients. Every ingredient is fresh. We visit here frequently. On a side note: If you are pregnant, you may want to have someone come in to order for you. They use a lot of clorox to keep the place clean and up to snuff and as a result can bring on the morning sickness very quickly. Don't let that stop you from experiencing their excellent sandwiches though.

My wife ordered a $45 sub assortment tray and asked for the veggies to be put on the side from the PortaSubs Store on Prater in Sparks, Nv. They responded that if they did that they would have to charge an extra $16 because then it becomes a relish tray. I will never order from them again and I will never recommend them to anyone. As of today I have not been contacted by anyone don't imagine that I will tried to call the store 14 times to be courteous enough to cancel the order they could not be bothered to answer the phone.

Worst port of subs in town....As a local who loves port of subs, and who orders the same sandwich for 25+ years I've NEVER had an issue. But I guess at this one on rock they DO NOT over lap the meat. They count the pieces and when I asked and showed them the picture of the sandwich on the wall of the same meat overlapping they said please go somewhere else.. I guess they save a bunch skimping people on meat and cheese 🤣🤣. As a local business owner ive NEVER written a bad review but when the owner/manager is the one who I was speaking to I felt it was very necessary. Just moved down the street and planned on making this my go to store too. Guess not.
