I have been coming to this location for close to 20 years. Yesterday, on Father's day they messed my order up. And yeah, still 5 stars.
I ran a pizza place years ago and understand how busy they were.
So I called expecting to be put on hold etc.. they answered immediately, and apologized for the mistake, made my wings correctly and they were ready in just a couple moments.
You guys keep up the good work round table.

Yeah, I ordered online and screwed it up AGAIN. The manager was very understanding without the judgement. And the pizza was GREAT!! And it did only take about five minutes to cook. Can't go wrong with Round Table!

Nothing feels better than sitting on hold for 20 minutes while nobody answer. Food was cold when I got it, at the same time the garlic twists were burnt. 24 boneless wings equaled 13 small wings the size of a pebble. I get its low staffed but how do you mess up this bad. Probably should avoid for a while.

We drove quite a distance to this location because their Google profile said that dine-in was available. When we got here, it turns out that they simply had not updated their Google profile and there was no dine in available.If you are looking for a place to eat pizza inside, don't come here.

I eat at this place several times a month. The staff is friendly and helpful. The buffet has a nice salad bar with plenty of choices and pizza is fresh and hot. Someone almost always asks me what I would like to see on the buffet and they will make it and have it ready in less than 10 minutes.

Brian the manager had been taking care of me and the ham radio crew for a long time, can't wait until we can do the inside group reservations again.

Great pizza as always however informed Halloween is their last day. Land lord wants more money and they are forced to close.

Good experience here. Service was friendly and helpful which added to the 4 stars. Pizza as always was great. Round Table has always been my favorite chain pizza! Would have given 5 stars, but the interior hasn't changed in ages. Could use a makeover in my opinion. Maybe some people like the old look, but not me.
