Pizza Plus

First time here. Super clean. Staff wearing masks. Manager very helpful and courteous in order assist. SO.MUCH.FOOD. The pizzas could not have been more perfect. Taste and quality were very good. Pizzas, wings, and more. Salad bar in full operation too. The inside reminded me of a pizza factory or chuck e cheese with the bright red decor.

Placed an order around 1 for pick up at 4. They lost the order and said it wouldn't be ready till 4:45. The person making the pizza kept scratching thier back and head and then handling the food without gloves or washing. Tried to talk to the manager about it but she just turned her back and walked away.

Last ordered 10/26/21 for pick up. We wanted it delivered, but they told us that delivery was not an option. When I pulled up to pick up our order there was a driver returning. Why would you tell your customers that delivery was not an option at 7pm? We always order combination #3 online, but noticed there was a $20 difference with our ticket this time. We have been ordering this special for years and our Hawaiian pizza was thin and the dough was undercooked. Super disappointed with this experience and paid more for it. It may be awhile before I get this bad taste out of my mouth.

I ordered the #1 Special, with a Hawaiian pizza with double pineapple and the standard 1/2 bucket of wings... These are the 1/2 bucket of wings you receive (photo below).. I had a poor experience here last year, but thought a second chance was in order. I was charged for double pineapple, but received less than HALF of what's in their photos and it was a SMALL pizza, not a medium. Every time I've called for delivery, the answer is the same... 1 hour - 1.5 hours, no matter the day or time and have been told pick up is better. Not only that, but they won't accept delivery orders after 10:30 on Saturdays even though that's not what it says online. I'm sad I'd rather give my money to a commercial restaurant than these guys.

Pros: The food was ok but, the service and employees were fantastic! Cons:. The dining area was so cold that my hands, nose and ears were cold. I mentioned it to an employee and was told that is because the kitchen gets too hot. All the customers including the counter staff were wearing jackets. My husband and I boxed up our food and left .
