Unfortunately I have to say I'm pretty disappointed. Their service and food has really gone downhill, I'm not sure what happened. We went tonight and it was disappointment after disappointment. First off my 11-year-old daughter ordered pot stickers and it covered them in cayenne pepper. When we mentioned it they said sometimes that's how they come. What? She was on fire. Next I ordered the stir fry vegetables with beef and they gave me stir-fry vegetables with no beef. When I tried to bring it to their attention they said that they would bring me some beef, which they did and it was absolutely disgusting. Then instead of charging me for what I had ordered they charged me for stir-fry vegetables plus a side of beef which was a few dollars more. When I again brought it to their attention they did nothing, I wasn't going to argue so I paid and left. My wife normally gets the pork spring rolls and the pork was very dry, my daughter also got the orange chicken which was also very gross. The Mongolian beef was mediocre at best. Our server demonstrated on more than one occasion that he couldn't have cared less that we were there. Too bad, this is always been one of our favorite spots in Sparks but has seemingly gotten worse and worse as of late. They've lost our business.

I was so excited to have my favorite comfort food, Pho.....until I tried this place! The "broth" was literally flavorless water! It was terrible! I ended up leaving my bowl "large" and still full, minus two bites on the table. Seriously awful!

I tried thier Pad Thai, chicken (although I ordered shrimp) if you are use to Bangkoks in Reno then you maybe a bit disappointed. Great flavor just different style of noodles. Their fried rice is delicious. Reason for three stars, the last three times I have gone I don't get what I actually ordered.

I ordered to go today and paid for a large Chicken pho and a large Wor wonton soup. I was one of their last orders before they shut down for their break at 3pm. I got home and only had a small Chicken pho in my bag. Check your to go orders. I paid cash, but I usually pay with my card. I think it's sketchy that my same order goes up everytime when I order to go and they don't give you a breakdown of your bill.

The only thing it is saving this from a one-star is the fact the staff is nice.. I was here several years ago and was very impressed and happy however when I went just now the portions were lackluster and the food was tasteless.. half of a standard takeout size container
