Yesterday was my 2nd trip here and, once again, it was absolutely amazing! I have now had the pleasure of trying 5 dishes and every single one has been fantastic! The freshness and flavor makes my tastebuds dance with every bite! The smiling staff is also a pleasure. The hard part is trying to decide which dish to choose. I went with the special again yesterday. The Roasted Poblano Chile was better than I even imagined it would be. (I put a pic in the comments from yesterday) My 1st trip I had a crab bowl special. I’ve also tried the tuna, pork and beef bowels (thanks to my company for sharing!) you can’t go wrong with any dish. I can’t wait to try them all. I’ll be back soon!
Ahhhhmazing!!!! Can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. The soup is definitely my favorite but the Mahi Mahi Bowl is out of this world.
Update: If you haven't eaten here, you need to. Grab it to go and sit in the park by the riverfront, or just take it home. The grilled cheese is AMAZING! I just had the blackened shrimp bowl and, once again, I am impressed. The owner also allowed me to try the Gorgonzola Chicken Salad and I am a FAN!!! I'll be back for that soon. Seriously, go check this out. She knows what she's doing when it comes to creating delicious meals.
Finally made it to this place. It’s really kind of hidden so it’s easy to not think about it. The outdoor seating is nicely covered and has many ceiling fans to help keep you cool. The food was excellent. We had a blackened mahi-mahi sandwich and a gourmet grilled cheese. I was impressed. I definitely recommend!!!
I had the blackened mahi mahi taco bowl special and it was delicious!!! Very friendly staff and super fresh food!! Definitely a great place to stop to get food before heading to the beach or the park! I’ll definitely be back for more!!

Great fast place to get a healthy and tasty meal. I eat a plant based diet and they even have a menu item that worked for me.
Glad we finally made it to Streat Side Eats today. Be sure to check their menu on FB and GET THERE EARLY if you want something specific. Everything is so good and so fresh that some things sell out before they close!

If you want great food at a great price this is for you! I mean I try to go here every weekend to try something new when I can, (they do close a little early) because everything ive tried so far has been fantastic. Wait time is minimal as they get your food out fast and everything is fresh. I'm not a salad guy but their side salad was so good I ate it all which I never do. Try there chicken club, you wont regret it!
Just took my visiting family to Streatside Cafe, I had the special crab and avocado, my cousin had the pork bowl and her boyfriend had the Korean beef, the flavor of every single dish was amazing!!!! The food is so fresh and healthy! So glad to see Miss Rhonda back in business. She and her smiling staff are a blessing to Southport!
Fabulous as always! Great fresh options and pretty healthy as well. Must try the tomato crab bisque when they have it!
