We were in the area to visit wineries and stay o er night. Many places closed early b/c of Covid but we found this little spot, perfect for the casual ending to a wine filled day. Shrimp taco basic but really good, comes with fries. Seafood platter is yumm if you like your seafood fried :) The clam chowder is awesome, warning, it has BACON! The key lime cake was awesome!

Excellent! We had the prime rib special. Marinade was delicious. My wife had it without Marinade and it was also delicious. Cooked perfectly. The sides were great also. Large Portions and good service. It's a north fork staple. You won't be disappointed!

I have been to the Elbow room many times. My most recent visit I ordered the Porter house, marinated. The steak was cooked to perfection. It's quite possibly the best steak I've ever had. My hats off to the owner, the chef and the staff. Would recommend the place to anyone

Great service and amazingly tasty food. Haven't had a good seafood meal in awhile. The surf n turf and broiled seafood platters were beyond expectations. A hidden gem in Southold. Worth the trip!

We visit this place (coming from Nassau county) at least once a year. The decor is nothing fancy, just comfortable, like your grandmothers house. The food is outstanding. We usually stick to the marinated steaks, and the homemade blue cheese salad dressing, they are outstanding. Various appetizers, fish dishes and specials are also delicious. If you time it right, the sunset at the beach at the end of the street is amazing to watch, very romantic!

Everything about this evenings meal was superb! Filet mignon cooked perfectly as asked, lobster tail tender and moist, and the homemade dessert light with seasonally fresh strawberries and fresh whip cream. Lastly the service was attentive and friendly. Take the time and go out of your way not to miss this off the beaten path restaurant. It is well worth the trip!

One of my favorite East End establishments. A celebrated escape from the newer, trendy eateries springing up across the North Fork. Old-fashioned in a comforting, familiar nature. Be warned: once you try the burger (marinated is a must) you will start questioning every other burger you've had and wonder why it wasn't quite as good as the ones at Elbow East...

We never have had a bad meal or service. We enjoy changing it up, burgers are good, onion rings, lobster dinner or the filled. We love the steak fries.
