Best experience I’ve ever had at an Einstein Bros Bagel! The morning crew was amazing. They were happy and upbeat. When we walked in they were dealing with a very hateful customer but this didn’t stop them from giving excellent customer service! The cashier with beautiful colorful hair made my day so bright and beautiful. The food was absolutely to die for!!! I wish I took a picture but it was so good I could stop!! I will definitely will be back. Best food in Southlake!

I'VE BEEN WANTING TO GO HERE FOR FOREVER BECAUSE I ABSOLUTELY LOVE BAGELS!! I was incredibly nervous to try this restaurant just because sometimes places do disappoint...but not this one! I was completely blown away by this place! Not only were the bagels just out of this world, but they had things I wouldn't have expected as well as having such a kind staff that was so kind and so informative and helpful! Also. I don't know who came up with their to go bagel boxes, but someone needs to give them a medal. So. Incredibly. Clever. Not only do they hold the bagels inside, but the box itself has these little cubby shelves that hold 2 cream cheese tubs on the sides! All with a nice safe handle! Please go and try this restaurant. Out. Of. This. World. Also side note: they keep this place so clean and tidy! Very Covid safe!! Everyone wears masks and gloves!

Well the lady who took our order was very rude, we asked about a sandwich and she said “oh I don’t eat here” she looks like she hate her job, I asked for cream for my coffe and she almost threw on me. She is an afroamerican girl,kinda chubby and Afro hair, and I’m talking about the south lake location, she never said thank you, very bad experience.

This is probably 1 of my favorite places to go in the mornings. If you're having a bad day, i promise by the time you leave, you'll be smiling. This place has impeccable & immaculate customer service that I haven't seen in awhile. The cashier that I constantly get is Jalen and OMG what a breath of fresh air. He represents this brand & company very well. Jalen's demeanor screams I love what i do and Im happy to be here. I wish the higher ups could stop in randomly and check him out. The other staffers are awesome as well but since I get Jalen every time my review is geared more towards him. The other teammate that I get is Ree'Ree, and her personality is just like his - Both are super dope. She goes out of her way with promptness making sure the customer has a great experience. Both need to be in charge of training all new hire's on how customer service should be done. This establishment is welcoming, clean and very warm. They know how to make you feel good in here and literally brighten up your day. Stop by here just because and you'll see what im talking about.
