Taco Bell

This was the worst taco bell I've ever flipping been to! I'm not over exaggerating when I say we were waiting 1 hour and 10 mins in the drive thru. Obviously trapped between cars. I will never return to this taco bell and I will tell everyone I know never to go to this taco whatever they do. It's worth a 30min drove anywhere else. This may be the first review I've ever left and for good reason. It really was that bad, as a person to any other person avoid this location at all cost.

My boyfriend and I went through the drive through tonight after visiting my sister in southington. The chick in the drivethrough was rude as hell. I didn’t get her name but she was white I’d say medium height with black hair. Not only did she smell like alcohol (my man said cuz he was in the drivers seat) but she had a major attitude problem. I told my sister about her and apparently she’s had problems with her before as well and said that girl is the reason she and her friends dont go to that location anymore. I almost left without my food with how mad this girl was making me but I already paid so I wasn’t gonna waste my money. If your company doesn’t wanna loose customers I would seriously consider getting rid of her. she clearly thinks she’s all that but the drinking on the job part is very unprofessional. I didn’t need her attitude either. I won’t be back to that location and I suggest others don’t as well if you don’t wanna deal with her rudeness

This Taco Bell location is somehow much better than others in the area. The food is so much fresher and hotter and made with more care. Everything included in the order - sauces, utensils, napkins. Other stores they throw the ingredients into one end of the taco shell and can't even paper wrap them correctly and forget your sauces. This is the best Taco Bell in the area!
