Dunkin'

Usually, the experience is very good. Today, however I was waiting for my food at the drive through (receipt posted with today's date) and they were training new people today, which I totally understand and wasn't even mad for waiting. However, as the manager was telling the new trainee what he was doing today, he asked him what I was waiting for, as I was parked outside the window. So I told them I was waiting for the jelly donut, which is on my receipt because I ordered and paid for it. The manager responds with "they've been waiting there just for a jelly donut" as if he was annoyed that I was sitting there waiting for the food I ordered. It shouldn't matter what I'm waiting for. I paid for it and was waiting for it. It wasn't in anyway my fault that I was waiting for it; I hadn't gotten it. Like I said, usually this place is really good. Today was not, and if this is going to be a continued experience, I might go to one of the ten other dunkins in town, because this was so stupid. Don't be annoyed with me for waiting for something I ordered and paid for already. (Like I said, receipt is attached to this post)

I'm pretty much a regular and every single time I come here they always manage to mess up my order. 15 to 20 mins to wait inside for a mobile order multiple times. Or items aren't available so they just don't get made and I have to wait till I say something before I get my order!!! I don't understand how there are so many people working on orders but the lack of communication....you're better off on N. Main St!!!

I came to grab a coffee on my way home because I had a very long day. There was one person outside talking to the person on the inside of the store. And they were closed at 7:30 not 8:00. I don't mind that being the time that they are closed but I'm going out of my way on my way home which wastes time for me.
