Kfc

Terrible they put a pickle in my famous bowl direct on top disgusting. Purposely never said anything bad mean or rude to them . Came back just ten minutes ago famous bowl not even filled half-way. Second one maybe half. The macaroni bottom of the barrel but I'm happy it was filled the way it should be. Over 15 dollars of enough food to feed one if your lucky. I'm on a budget handicapped this is uncalled for. Corporate Come on. Wow. I want my money back and an apology wasted gas to drive there. Don't ever go to this location.

I usually never write reviews. Yesterday i DoorDashed KFC to my house(Dix location). The two spicy chicken sandwiches i ordered were so dry and hard. I took into consideration i did get it delivered so maybe that affected the dryness. No. Today i ordered from KFC drive through on dix hoping to have a different result but the food i received was horrible. The chicken sandwich was so dry and hard i could barely bite into it. The spicy famous bowl was drenched in the Nashville hot sauce, about an inch of that sauce was sitting on top of the chicken. To my understanding the chicken is to be coated in the sauce then added to the bowl. It was horrible. The only thing that was good was the corn bread. The lady at the window was very nice and i do understand they are understaffed but the quality of the food was unacceptable and horrendous. I will not return to this location again. It was a waste of money.

Food was hot, good, and enjoyed. Hospitality was lacking. Says come in for mobile pick-up, all doors locked. Called no one answered. Got in the drive threw and they just started making my order. Why have signs on the door saying lobby is closed to everything but mobile orders when you are not accepting them?

Terrible... I had ordered a 16 count bucket of chicken with 4 sides for the family. The mashed potatoes were gridy, the Mac n cheese was cold and watery, the corn looked and tasted old, along with 8 cornbread muffins that had came with the meal... they were frozen. The price for this meal is also unjustifiable, I paid $44.00 for frozen cornbread and greasy chicken... im disappointed.
