Went and got 40.00 worth of food 3 chicken sandwiches, 30 nuggets and 3 large fries we waited for 15 minutes to only have hot sandwiches. I called the girl I spoke to she said it was fresh it was not!! My nuggets and fries tasted old and like they were warmed up. I was told I had to go up to resolve anything it’s 1136 I’ve been working all day my kids want food I’m not driving all the way back for something that should have never left your window !! 40.00 is a lot to be spending on old food

I ordered meal and it was wrong. The manager was nice and said we would be happy to replace it. I went back and the order was worse than the first time. She felt so bad told me to come back. I did and they say I'm not in the book to come back tomorrow and talk to someone else. Gas is to high to run back and forth. Your a manager you should be able to take care of situations especially when I visit your location often

What I'd like to know is why would McDonald's employees substitute items on an order and not say anything? I had ordered a 40 piece spicy chicken nuggets but was surprised to find 38 spicy and 2 regular nuggets in one of the containers. This order was at 10:40am and all of the nuggets seemed old and dried out as though they were cooked hours ago or they were yesterday's nuggets. What a huge disappointment!

They are always super fast, Very friendly, And The only time I've ever had a issue is when they forgot my kids sweet-and-sour sauce, lol. I always stop there when I have to work and grab my kids something right quick and they are always fast and awesome!

Most people that I know would assume that the more busy a restaurant is, the more fresh the food will be when you finally get it. After about 45 minutes waiting in the drive thru (placed the order through the mobile app, made no difference) that was proven wrong. The burgers looked terrible, the instructions to omit onions and pickles were completely ignored, the fries were cold, the only thing they did correctly was make sure each item that I paid for was actually in the bag. I generally have good experiences from McDonald's so this angered me enough to write this review before I even sit down to eat the food. Look at my review history, I don't do negative reviews often.

I was staying in the hotel opposite so why would l drive with a truck through the drive through?
All doors locked so l guess you have to walk around through the drive thru finally got to the window where a woman just looked at me and advised that they don’t take orders at the window I explained that well your doors are locked and if l stand at the drive thru the system doesn’t recognize a human stood there, so I should go elsewhere? Then she asked as was finally able to take my order paid no receipt as printer doesn’t work what a horrible place fix your printers and train the staff that they have some understanding.

80% of the employees are rude for no reason, and it says 24 hours but it's not. I've gone through on my way to work between 4am and 6am several times and they tell me they're closed for a "banking update" and "don't know how long it will be" which I've never heard from any other business that advertises 24 hour operation. Not to mention the senseless attitude that comes along with that reply. Very disappointed each visit, would NOT recommend to any friend of mine. Luckily, there's more options not too far away.

Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had came through drive-through ordered McGriddle‘s got two biscuits came back through drive-through gave the biscuits back they took it from my car I received my Mc griddles I open them mc griddles and the bacon is taken off of the biscuits I call back in the manager‘s like uh I’ll talk my crew would you like to come back after the fact that I just came back through drive-through and I’m traveling through another state mind you I own my own business in this is not how you treat customers in no way!
