The employee, Veronica is a very rude person. She makes me and my family feel un-welcomed, and rushed. She has a horrible attitude and I will NOT be returning unless she no longer works here. very unpleasant

Love the new staff the girl who made my cold brews the past two days is such a sweetheart!! I used to refuse to go to this location even though it’s closest to my house now I will be going to this one regularly.

Great service compared to what they used to be. Staff was super friendly and doughnuts were delicious. They didnt have lettuce for my wifes sandwhich so they substituted with more bacon! WIN WIN!

Worst Tim Hortons in downriver. It's not a pandemic thing either. If you look through the reviews it has been like this for years. The truly don't care about service or quality or customers. I think that's one of the job requirements; rude; won't care about the job. Or it seems that way.

I like Tim Hortons' food, don't get me wrong, but this location has gone down the drain so quickly and it's so sad. I went to the drive thru the other day and it looked like the place was open, but there was no one inside. I even went around again to make sure I wasn't being a jerk. 😕

Well let’s see for one, I ordered 2 combos come with hash browns. Okay then I ordered 2 donuts, now why they put the donuts as the hash browns, I never said that I wanted to exchange my hash browns for the donuts. I wanted to pay for my combos with my hashbrowns and 2 donuts, make sense. Now I’ve went to the window and tried to fix my order and the girls behind the window got snotty rude and told me no they couldn’t give me my hashbrowns, on top of I could of paid for it was no big deal but they refused me. Now I’m not happy at all. I will be calling corporate for not only bad service but for your employees that you hired. Another thing they don’t deserve stars in this place.

My coffee tasted stale and my other coffee had a ton of coffee grounds in it. They didn't know which order was ours. It was a single file line. Gave us an extra large instead of a large. If your gonna charge that much for coffee please make it right.
