Outback Steakhouse

Horrible! I ordered online for curbside pickup! After waiting outside for 20 minutes I went in and still waited an additional 40 minutes before getting my order! The order was missing my shrimp and loaded bake potato! Also my steak and chicken were burned! Not happy with my service at all for Sunday dinner!

Was super excited to try this place out. Arrived 15 minutes before they opened. My wife got us a seat while i was in line..and that was pretty much our experience. I was in line for 45 minutes and the line only moved a foot. Nobody inside was getting food, so we decided to leave. A super nice cherry on the cake to walk around back and see 4 employees outside smoking.

Steaks were seasoned perfectly. The manager had the curbside service running very smoothly and the young man who helped me out was very good. He was hospitable, knowledgeable, and was on the ball. A lot of customers pulling in and out while I was there and he had it dialed in, great job and thank you.

For the absolute last time, I ordered delivery from them. My steak was painfully overcooked (and yes I accounted for heat effect in route). My lobster tail was little more then an empty shell with a penny sized solid rubber like piece of flesh hanging out the side (maybe amounting 0.5 grams of actual lobster). Yet entirely inedible. My side salad had clear signs of rot on the greens edges. All the while I paid a heinous price for this trash worthy meal... Never again! And too, never again for every single person I know who use to be customers there as well.
