The food was good! The service was very slow. Young people were talking more then they were working! The manager had to crack the whip to get my order and the drive thru line was long. I'm never going back there if they have those two young people up front!

I love Dunkin and I have been a customer for many years but every time I order from this specific one I never get my items.... I ordered from DoorDash four times and each time I have to complain because they don’t put my items in the bag...... Very bad customer service. You can always tell the difference between good workers and people who just need a job! Disappointing.

Very poor service, lukewarm breakfast sandwich and specialty beverages 3/4 of a cup but the price is high. I pass this place everyday on my way to work. I have tried it 3 times and all 3 times I was disappointed. I reached out to the corporate office and they were not concerned about my issue (issue- $6 drink was 3/4 of a cup and it was cool but I ordered a hot beverage!). If possible... avoid this location. I have had multiple issues on different days and no changes were made or anyone that cares about the customers.

I live in the area i always try to give this place another chance....they FAIL ME EVERYTIME!! Today i went thru drive thru the order menu was broke!! I ordered 2 strawberry smoothies got home it didnt taste as it have before so i took it back. The guy said they ran out of fresh strawberries so they gave me strawberry syrup without telling me. I will never go here again. They service is TERRIBLE.
