Cook Out

We ordered 8 malts. A couple flavors were not made correctly, like the fresh banana malt had chocolate in it and no malt, and the cappuccino heath malt was just heath and no malt and no cappuccino... And none of them had malt although we did specifically ask if they had malt and the lady assured us they do have malt powder they can add... Also, it was much worse trying to guess what each drink was... None were labeled, and we didn't receive a receipt. Drinks were good, although made wrong. Would also advise they wipe the cups down before serving them dripping with ice cream down the sides.

Going to this place is the most painful experience. If you make the mistake of going to this place, even though there are literally 75 other options within 0.02 miles, please know that when you get in line there is no way to get out. So you’re just stuck for however long they wanna keep you, in my experience, bout 30 min average.

Stopped with 4 people. Ordered a unsweetened ice tea it came sweet. Ordered a burger with no mustard. Came with mustard. Ordered a shake took 20 min to get that. 2 guys had been waiting for over 45 min for food. The worst part is, I needed to use the bathroom. I went to the doors and they were paddalocked. Asked to get the key. Was told it was not locked. So I walked back to double check. Yup. Locked. Walked back to inform them again. They told me they weren't locked again and that even if they were they didn't have a key. Needless to say this place usually is great. Today it was not.

This place is run by clowns. Seriously the most inept management and workers. They show they don’t care about their customers or how their business is run. They have a double drive through but yet you can sit there for 10 minutes and know one answers. You can honk the DGAF. You can knock on this service window question the very clowns inside if both drives are open. Of course they reply. The watch you get back online and not answer the GD box again. Idiots plain and simple. All of them should be fired and they should start from scratch. Absolute garbage factory. Go somewhere else. Don’t waste your time.
