One of these things is not like the other. Normally we like the service and food from this location. We ordered two 3 piece chicken finger meals and one of them had chicken nugget sized fingers. Do these look the same? The tiny pieces should not have been served to customers. One of my kids was very disappointed. We will now have to open boxes before leaving.

I NEVER give poor reviews for this restaurant, no matter the location. This one here I've visited twice leaving doctors appointments. First visit order was completely wrong. Was replaced on later visit, after a little hassle (having managers name on receipt) didn't matter. Second visit this past Friday, I sat in that LOOONG line with a toddler, highly energetic for her fries & myself for 2 bottles of BBQ sauce $5.50.. $16 for nuggets/fries and we couldn't even eat the darn fries & the 12pc was an 11pc. Very disappointed #1 FAN... 😔

I have ordered this for years, could not even pick it up!
The wrap was so loosely wrapped, It completely fell apart!
I will never order at this location again, just moved here so disappointed!

Friendly, order was correct. Food took surprisingly long, but the drive-thru was extremely busy (why I went inside in the first place). Waffle fries were a lot of crumbs.

The drive thru is, as all locations a disaster. Food is ok. I'm not a huge fan of the menu. But for the most part you get great service.

When I visited this chain restaurant it was a very busy time. But they had traffic patterns figured out and I believe they got my order in as quick a time as possible. From order to the window was very short. As always, the personnel were very friendly and helpful including my best idea to get back out into traffic. In past years dining inside was pleasant as always.

Needs to do something to improve the speed of the drive-thru also needs to change the location very crowded can no longer conveniently go into dine in buy a new location due to drive throughs and have it so that dining parking is nowhere near your drive-thru

We love going here when we visit our family. Our last visit just as great as the previous ones we've made. Every employee the Drive-Thru actually moved much faster than we thought it would
