Ordered to go, 1 missing sandwich, 2 lady bug inside of chicken wrap, called just to let them know and they acted as if they could care less, never going back.

Was a little disappointed😞. Just roast beef on bread is not for me. I made a wrong choice. I missed the cheese. The curly fries were cold. The mint milkshake was scrumptious. Food came up quickly. Employees courteous and helpful.

Only reason it’s one star is because a zero star rating wasn’t an option. Probably the worse experience I have EVER had at any Arby’s. Horrible service. Rude employees. The food was DISGUSTING. Chicken was hard and old. Bread on roast beef was rock hard and the fries were no exception. All the food tasted as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp since the restaurant had opened. Who hands drinks to anyone tilted forward so all the liquid pours out????? Literally no one but the employee that was working the window.

The staff was nice, but seemed to always rush the orders. However, the food was cold, the poppers were probably cooked at least 20 minutes early, hardly warmed.
The bread on a classic beef and cheddar was burned, and cheese was clumpy.
So, another falls to worker and management apathy.

I’ve never left a review on a fast food place but I want to say the current manager at Arbys is amazing and goes above and beyond. Super good service! Chik Fil A style service!

Made a quick stop here for dinner during our trip. Got our food fast, hot, and all 3 of our orders were perfect! Great job, guys!

Customer service is horrible here now. Went through the drive thru about 10 mins ago and the gentlemen that was working the drive thru didn't speak a word to me. Even when I asked to add something on he never spoke back to me to let me know if he could or couldn't. I looked for his name on the receipt but he was running the cash register under Latasha's name. This isn't the first time!
