Waited almost 15 minutes in a drive thru lane with only 6 cars ahead of me. Considering the lobby is closed you would think they’d be able to put all the effort into getting orders out of the drive they window.

I asked for a black coffee with half hot chocolate having worked many years for dunks I know how to make all the drinks on the menu. I got my order and after driving around for 15 min I had realized I was given a dunkaccino. I returned on my way back and the girl with the colorful hair at the window was incredibly rude. If I wanted a dunkaccino I would have order one...

Dunkin on east main St in southbridge ma needs to be more friendly! My order was missing a donut because they weren't paying attention! But the person on the sandwich station was very kind and helpful...will not go there again.

After visiting hundreds of DD across multiple states, I can honestly say, this is the second worst. I paid $5 for a large coffee and a water because of am upcharge for almond milk, and a $1 for a cup of water. Terrible.

I'm so tired and hungry. I just wrkd 12hrs. And was looking forward to getting something to eat. I get to Dunkin and sign says "drive thru only" come on rly. I dnt drive. I'm disappointed in u guys.

Aimee has horrible customer service skills. After waiting pretty long for our order and remaining patient and not causing a fuss over the slow (busy) service. We finally got our order and she rudely said “you’re welcome” as if we were ungrateful for not saying it instantly.
