Decent food; can't fill an online order to save their lives. Shouldn't be hard - the list is right there and they attach it to the bag! With covid shutting places down, you'd think staff would be jumping through hoops to keep their customers happy. You'd think.. But I can think of dozens of OTHER places that would be happy to take my money AND give me what I paid for. And to think that I even tipped the idiot when I placed the order online...

This location’s food truck came into town today for 4-8. I got there about 5:15. The line was fairly long, I didn’t get to the order window until 5:50. By the time I got there, they were out of all the meats except sausage. No one came out of the food truck to let people know which is ridiculous since it was 28 degrees out. It would have been nice if they had a menu out by the line and crossed things off as they ran out. I’m very disappointed in how ill prepared the food truck was. Getting no bbq after standing outside in the freezing cold when they’re supposed to be there for another 2 hours is terrible.

Totally disappointed!!! Ordered a 1/2 rack of Beef Rib/Collar Greens/Mac&Cheese/Corn Bread($2) & Hosmer Lemonade bottled drink. Over Priced, the young lady charged me $35.41 which according to the menu 1/2 rack is advertised at $18. I questioned her and she stated that Bear's only serve Meat on 1 big bone for $28.(Hhhmmmm) I could of traveled to Hartford visited a "REAL" Soul Food Restaurant and paid only $12 with triple the serving amount & tasting better. Never Again, ripped off!!

I celebrated my graduation this evening in this fine place. happy to tell that we enjoyed a terrific evening and the venue was no doubt the reason for this outstanding meeting. The stuff contributed in a gorgeous manner, the food was very good and my friends were very glad. We shall definitely visit again for more joyful events. Thank you very much.
