Dixie has always been a great place to eat in or carry out. Large portions, reasonable prices, quick and friendly service and very consistent food are the reasons I continue to frequent this establishment. Two interesting observations: 1.) They have NEVER gotten one of my carry out orders wrong. 2.)

Today I tried the Western Omelet which comes with potatoes(Hash browns or American Fried ) and toast. There is a special right now From Jan 15th till the end of February. All of the omelets $6.99. Not a big difference in regular price ( I saved $.10).
Portions were generous
This was our first time at the restaurant. Service was very good, everyone was masked, while capacity is properly restricted. I ordered lake perch and my wife ordered cod. Both were very good.

Food and service is always wonderful. This is our go to place to eat when we can't decide on what to have for dinner. You can always find something on their menu. If you haven't tried it, you should. You won't be disappointed.

The food is really good, but poor service.
Small, cozy, diner near Lake Erie Metropark... Great place to warm up after seeing the sunrise. Friendly staff... Really good breakfast... Specials run Monday thru Friday... Check it out... It's behind the smallest post office I've ever seen...
Love this restaurant. Their breakfast potatoes and the chicken dumpling soup are delicious!!
