Really great team members! They're always friendly and whenever there is an issue with my order (not very often), they've always made it right. Got to know Tony over covid and he's the reason why we frequented this place, but stayed for the food.

Stellar customer service. We had an issue with our food, and the manager went above and beyond to promptly make it right. It shows they truly care about their customers and the quality of the food they make. I wish all places treated their customers this well. Refreshing to see such a focus on customer care.

Visited this place 5-6 times so far during 'non-peak' hours. The serving time was a decent 5-10 minutes. Decent sized seating area. Ample parking.
Food is decent. Value duets are a great deal. Some of the teas taste artificial.

Been going to Panera a lot recently. I really appreciate the value duets and the price. I think I've tried them all at this point. Least favorite is the grilled cheese. The cheese takes fake, like worse than Velveeta singles. It tastes like plastic, so I wouldn't get that again. I'm really liking the BBQ chicken sandwich. I feel bad cuz Panera is getting some really harsh reviews, but my food is never wrong, which is really helpful. I'm surprised people have that issue. My issue is how long is takes for them to make the food. If they're short staffed, that's one thing, but its like EVERY time, my order is not ready when it says (online order). Please stop saying food will be ready 10 minutes after you place an order. Change it to be longer from the start. I waited 25 minutes the other day (after it said my order would be ready) for a half a sandwich and small soup. That's just ridiculous. No matter the time of day, my order is never ready on time. If not for the value duets, I wouldn't go as much. Panera is really expensive for the small amounts you get.

Food is always, always, excellent. Other Panera a are hit or miss but not here. I almost want to take a star off for the consistently long line but today the place is empty- nice weather did it? I live across from here and it is definitely my go to place. The new healthy theme is def moving in the right direction - thanks for loving us Panera!
