I’ve been here a few dozen times but after today my business is gone and I recommend you do the same. I understand we have fallen on hard times and it cost a small fortune to acquire any paper good IF they even have it in stock… but with that said, being kind is ALWAYS an option. The owner very rudely addressed my cousin who was grabbing napkins for our table (about 5 - 3x3 napkins) and did not apologize for the misunderstanding once I told him we were together. He yelled “If you’re not a customer so not use our things!!” After making myself and the customer he was serving uncomfortable… he apologized to ME for the understanding. I then told him I understood things are hard right now but it’s never appropriate to make someone uncomfortable for a simple misunderstanding. He than yelled as I was walking away… “HAVE A GOOD DAY DONT COME BACK!!!!” So unprofessional.

Highly recommend this store for "Real" smoothies! I usually get the strawberry banana 24oz that is absolutely excellent! These are made with an actual banana and scoop of actual strawberries with some yogurt. This wasn't like others I've had that were made using some strawberry type puree and banana flavored yogurt. They didn't even taste like strawberry or banana at all were horrible. Not these they are the real thing. When I get one and sit in the mall, I really never stop drinking it. They are that good. I got 20% off for senior 65+. They have other discounts on different days. I get the veteran discount on one day also. Well worth the money you get the real fruit smoothie!

@benny brown productions I’m sorry you felt that way. Very mature of you calling a high schooler an “idiot” the workers are every nice and extremely helpful it takes an “idiot” to not know how to pull a lever up and down to use a simple yogurt machine. I’ve seen 5 year olds! Be able to use the machine. Not the workers fault for correcting you on a mistake that costs them money. I’ve been a reoccurring costumer for months and I’ve been treated with nothing but great service and friendly smiles.

Yogurt had good flavor but it's pricey compared to other yogurt shops. About 40% more expensive than the other chains. In addition, when I asked a staff person if I could have a sample cup (available in all other yogurt shops) I was told they didn't have sample cups. I asked how was I suppose to know if I liked the flavor if I couldn't sample it I was told to read he description. Staff not very friendly. So, good flavor yogurt + pricey + no sample cups + poor customer service = 2 stars.
