Asahi Sushi

My family and friends like the food at Asahi and have spent a few thousand dollars there over the past few years. My daughters and I were there last week. We ordered 2 all you can eat buffets and an entrée, The server was extremely rude and unpleasant. She charged me for a dessert because my daughter took one taste from the "all-you-can-eat" dessert in my bowl. However, the waitress did not bother to ask if my daughter wanted her entrée (unfinished portion) to be wrapped, When I asked her why she charged for the dessert, she shrugged her shoulders and said, "She ate." I said, "She is a child that literally had 1 spoon. I will not return and I am very disappointed with your service." She walked away as if she didn't care and did not try to make good. I have contacted my family and friends and told them what happened. They will not be returning to Asahi. If all-you-can-eat means subpar service and rude servers... please charge me a la carte. Asahi is the worst

Headed over to the Golden Acres plaza to have some vietnamese, but decided on japanese instead. Asahi has a decent 18.95 all you can eat sushi option available. Also included are appetizers, salads, soup, some kitchen items and many types of sushi. Staff was alright, we were seated pretty fast and given our drinks, but that being said, the sushi was just OK. They didnt have a TNT roll available, and some of the food, like hibachi chicken tasted sub-par. It also took a long time to get all our food, and there was a note on the menu "order all you can eat, but eat all you order / you must pay for all left over food & rice" The interior of the restaurant is nice, and they had a large fish (tilapia?) in a tank. We finished off our meal with a little fried ice cream. ample parking in lot, accepts visa, mc, discover, amex or cash.
