I took cut mirchi and channa batura.. cut mirchi seems to be too old.. prepared few days back. You can see the pictures. Channa batura was decent . Also seems to be expensive for the service they provide. Not service though

This is the worst place for the biryani, I have experienced couple of times, they never served fresh biryani. Dry rice, chicken is preheated more than once and it's just like rubber and hard to eat. They always serve preserved food not fresh. Never ever try there biryani, that would be last time you ever buy a biryani again.

On "Fathers Day" I entered Spice Palace without any recommendation and my mouth watered as soon as I walked in. It was hard to place an order in such state. After placing the order for what I needed for sure, I asked - "What exactly are you guys cooking?" the lady was shy but did say "Biryani" and I placed the order for the same. She then asked me to try their Special Chicken Biryani and I could not say otherwise. Now the real part, YES not only the aroma but also the softness of rice and balance of the spices had enhanced this dish beyond my expectation. I have tried many Biryani dishes in the Oak Tree Road Area - but this is "A CLASS"

Last Saturday night had a bad experience; the chapati was un breakable; salty paneer butter ; and chicken in the biriyani was stale and deep fried/burned ; rating 2 because I did not fall sick ; I don't know what has happened to this place

I never prefer this place anytime... I ordered paneer butter masala, they added tooo much food color and it didn't go even after 3 days to my hands. Imagine how many days it will take for your tummy to cleanup the color..

The food tastes good here but i am always confused about the opening and closing of this restaurant. Later that day it was written 11am to 3pm, but when i went there. People were sitting inside and it was frekin closed. I knocked the door, someone came out and said it will open after 15 min. Dont know whats going on in here

They make south Indian style food. Food is pretty authentic and spicy. Owner is friendly and can sometimes make food which are not on the menu.
