Chipotle Mexican Grill

PLEASE READ IF YOUR ORDERING ONLINE when you order in person, there's a guarantee that your going to get what you want, but unfortunately sometimes it's inconvenient to go in person. So all my cousins were here for break, so we tried ordering everything online, and we picked it up in a giant catering box. We opened up and sure enough, all the burrito bowls were there, but only 1 out of the 12 had the right stuff in it. Normally this is fine because the errors are really minor, but in this case it was so bad, we ended up not eating most of it. For example, my bowl had beans, rice, mild tomato, hot red, cheese and no guac but when I opened it, it was literally rice and beans. For another bowl, we didn't even order fajitas and that was genuinely the majority of the bowl. See pictures below, the orders were completely messed up.They skipped on the majority of the ingredients, and I understand it's a fast food place but there is a point where there just is 0 effort and 0 care. We contacted chipotle support asking for a refund, and we obviously wanted a full refund because at this point we were borderline getting scammed, but they only gave us a 50% refund. I'm never ordering from this Chipotle again, unless I'm in person but that removes the convenience of it. It's unfortunate because this was their first time with Chipotle and chipotle is usually so good but it's unfortunate that this time it was so bad. Just don't order online with this Chipotle.

If I could, I would give zero stars to this place. The girl who served me today was being so rude and stingy while serving me and giving me a bad look, as If I was being rude to her when I was completely neutral standing in the line w my girlfriend minding my own business. I’ve been to many different locations but I’ve never seen a chipotle bowl with this less of rice, beans and steak. I had to ask the girl twice if she could put more and she just kept looking at me with an attitude. She did not add more rice or beans and when I actually saw it and asked her if she could put some more steak on it she pulled out a couple pieces of steak from the crock and threw it on my bowl. While keeping the same attitude. This place really needs to make sure that customer service is a thing and customers should be treated nicely if they’re being nice to them. If that wasn’t enough, when I and my girlfriend walked out of the restaurant she was standing there with some other individuals and started running her mouth again. Given that I didn’t do anything to her or caused anything it doesn’t make any sense to me that why you’d be rude to someone who’s coming in to your store to give you business. I’m extremely dissatisfied with the customer service at this location.

from my brother: When I ordered a cheese quesadilla there was no cheese as seen in the pictures. How do you forget the cheese on a quesadilla? They also gave me a fruit cup but the fruit cup was literally a tangerine in a cup. This is not acceptable because we had to put our own cheese and when you go to a restaurant they make the food for you not yourself. This was also through ordering on the app. Unacceptable.

I love eating Chipotle because in my opinion is a healthier option on the go. However, last Sunday I had the worst experience there. I went with friends to eat there with all the intention to eat in. So we entered and ordered. :( but each and everyone of the tables were dirty. The floor was dirty as well. I requested someone to clean a table for us. The truth is that I felt like returning the meals because I suspected that the kitchen cleanliness was not agreeable neither. However, my friends suggested to let go. We ended up going to my car and eat our lunch there.

I am regularly chipotle customer and I have eaten in so many centers and this center is the worst of my life. The manager is very rude and rowdy… I am telling her that she served only half spoon of smoked brisket when my turn came as it got over. She would not listen and I telling her to cancel and given me steak instead of smoked brisket. She was if u want to eat or leave. Since I came with my little daughter I just took and came. Management of chipotle you cannot keep ignoring so many bad reviews of this center. People come chipotle not because of this employee but for the sake of its food. Take action chipotle
