My parents took me to dinner there on Friday night. We are never disappointed when we go to Maurice! I had a steak that was cooked to perfection (I enjoy it rare with Bearnaise sauce) and I had enough left over to bring home for yesterday's lunch. Mom and Dad also enjoyed their dinners. The atmosphere is cozy and the wait staff is always attentive. I recommend Maurice to friends from near and far all of the time!
The absolute best place in All of Maine, and I could go as far to say possibly even All of New England, to dine on Fine French American cuisine, this place has been "Date Night" for me for a few years now. Highly recommended...
Wonderful atmosphere. We didn't have to make a reservation but, you should check first. Everything was delicious from the cobb salad to the duck. Will definitely be back.
Good food, friendly service, very reasonable. Service was a little slow but otherwise a delightful evening out.
Very small, yet elegant and intimate dining experience. Specialty French dishes such as escargot, chicken cordon bleu, and creme brulee. We were delighted by everything, and pleasantly surprised by the reasonable prices. A very romantic getaway in South Paris.
Great food! We liked the menu, nice place and great staff. The outside’s a bit shabby but don’t judge a book by its cover. Definitely recommend going!!

The restaurant is clean and comfortable. Food was fantastic, fresh and not salty. I love the service also. They were very nice and professional.
The food was delicious. I had the Yankee pot roast, and the beef was so tender. My friend had the grilled chicken Caesar salad, a huge bowl with enough leftovers for two more meals.
The restaurant is located in an older home and so the ambiance was cozy and intimate. The service was timely in spite of there seeming to be only one waitress for our room. It is not meant to be a fast food place. I really appreciated the fact that there were no TV sets in sight.
I am looking forward to my next meal here.
