Pleasantly surprised by the food and the exceptional service by Rosie! She was very friendly and kept checking on us if we needed anything. Shout out to her! Loved the huge screen to watch the game. Ordered pizza and shrimp Alfredo. Both were great!

First time going down there and will definitely be going back. Very friendly staff and the food was on point. Their signature frozen drink was outstanding. I had the "Fish 3 ways" it was amazing.

I had a great time at The Kraken sports bar and grill, thanks to Boston, the bartender. Boston was very attentive and made sure that I had everything I needed throughout my visit. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and helped me choose the perfect dish to go with my drink. I was impressed by his friendly demeanor and his ability to make everyone feel welcome. I highly recommend The Kraken and Boston for anyone looking for a great sports bar experience with delicious food and drinks.

I was looking for some late night food and it hit the spot! Wings are amazing, drinks were on point! That pina colada was the best I’ve had on the island, I’m a total foodie and this place is golden! Came in at 11:00 for food and the kitchen closes at 12:00pm, they provided great service along with wonderful food!

I changed my review. I first gave a one star because we were never greeted by the server for at least 10 to 15 minutes. Not very busy either. But they are friendly and the food rocks. Seriously, I think they will do good if the food stays like it is now.

Great bartender. Wanted to check out lunch specials. Bartender upgraded me to coconut shrimp. Good plan. Not the month old shrimp you get in Chicago, I think I could taste the ocean. Had sweet sour sauce which added to the flavor. See pic of lunch specials. Will be back.

This is a fabulous place to eat and will be added to our list of places to eat every time we come to South Padre. The pork chops were about an inch thick and were great. Heaping portions of side dishes. The appetizers were good, too. We had the pick 3 samplers (baked pretzels, fried pickles, and loaded tator tots) which came out on 2 plates

Best place on the island to watch sports. Great food and Boston, Brandon, and rest of staff are awesome.

Best outdoor Karaoke spot on SPI! Stephen is an absolutely amazing DJ and his energy really makes the experience the best. Only complaint.......it's hot!!!! They need more fans or just need to move the karaoke inside. By the end of the night you are just drenched.
