love the pizza. it's personally my favorite pizza that i've had in nj. beats star tavern beats pizzetta beats village trat. only problem is their buffalo chicken pizza isn't that good

Pizza is to die for!
Top Pizza anywhere. The entrees are oversized and full of flavor time after time. Always consistent food that is sure not to disappoint even the hard core NJ Italians. Even the Polizia di Stato eats here when in the US.
Pizza good...entrees not. Pizza is amazing; however, entrees have been nothing but bland.
Best thin crust Pizza around!. And the dinner portions are huge!! Most of the time you think big portions are compensating for taste but not here food is always great but i usually just get Tony salad and a red pie and a white pie with sausage!!
Some of the best and most underrated pizza and food you can get! I recommend the Tony’s Salad, a pizza, and Chicken Murphy (Don’t get hot peppers if you don’t like heat). The side potatoes are great too. Actually, everything is great here.
When Joe DiMaggio was Captain of the NY Yankees he would take his team to Newark to eat if they wanted “real Italian food”. The Reservoir Restaurant was originally located in the heart of Newark’s Little Italy. They moved to South Orange in the 1960’s but they brought the food of Newark’s Little Italy with them.
I highly recommend this restaurant to friends and family. Generous portions and the food is superb.

We came to this restaurant for a meeting. This place was recommended to us by a friend. Well, it was very successful. we were warmly welcomed by the staff members and we had an excellent feeling. The meal was delicious. We enjoyed every moment and we will visit this place again. Recommended.

This restaurant offers first-rate service and yummy meals. One of the best restaurant around here. The meals came out quick and the rates are reasonable. Will definitely recommend this restaurant.
This Bar Pie was
Voted Best Pizza by NJ Monthly and they prominently promote this distinction with banners outside of the Restaurant. With such a title comes with the responsibility to back it up, which they do to an extent.. This is a solid Bar Pie that is priced at $11, which is Cash Only. It is a
Greasy pizza that uses a higher quality Cheese with a solid homemade sauce. They provide a lot more cheese than most bar pie and this is what takes over the pizza. The crust is not crunchy and was floppy. This is where I believe the Pizza could be better. I wanted to hear more about their Pizza, but was rushed out, so didn't get the chance to get more background directly from the source. Now I am only rating the Pizza for the Pizza Hunters App and not any other items on the menu. 3.75 in the Bar Pie Category.
You will have to find parking on the street or one of the lots. Summer 2020 there are many closed roads in the area that you will have to try to navigate.
