Panera Bread

Always eat here. A rewards member because of it. Got invited to a tasting event today. Awesome additions to the menu. I highly recommend the Goddess salad. Its scrumptious. Their customer service goes above and beyond, and I even got to make a baguette. I love Panera. Definitely recommend it for tasty healthy food. And they plan to be going completely "Clean".. I'm excited.

Can't complain so much about the product - the food and the bakery is amazing. However, service is a bit lacking. Also, if you order online and there is a pending issue (lack of product, for example) don't expect a call. You'll get to the store with your order not waiting on you, unfortunately. Good location and tons of parking nearby.

Love Panera and the product they serve, but this particular Panera is missing professionalism, sense of urgency, and customer service. Staff seem a bit unmotivated and doesn't seem like there is a leader guiding the staff. I wouldn't recommend this one for future visits. If staffing changes, then it would get a 5 star.

If I could give less stars I definitely would. A friend of mine recently visited this establishment and was completely and utterly humiliated due to her gender identity. Not only was SHE asked to use the MENS bathroom, but SHE was also laughed at and treated like less of a HUMAN. I'm in no way saying that all Panera's are the same, I would expect though some sort of decency from a store manager. The manager scolded my friend for using the bathroom that SHE felt comfortable in and then started to harass her when my friend tried to confront her about what she did wrong. I will not be going to this Panera ever again because I can't stand with this way of treating a human being.

Today a fellow friend of mine experienced the most embarrassing and hateful thing ever. She was canvassing in a local cafe and had been walking in and out to use the restroom. As she approach the bathroom one of the male employees kept saying something under his breath looking upset. When she went in for the last time the manager of the store approached her and said "So we're going to need you to use the men's bathroom because people are kind of getting freaked out". As she said this the male employee bursted out laughing in shock she said "okay" and walked away. Feeling upset and hurt she walked back in and let them know she was shocked on the amount of discrimination she faced. While she was calmly speaking the manager yelled on the top of her lungs "GET OUT OF MY RESTAURANT RIGHT NOW, GET SECURITY, GET OUT, GET OUT NOW". As a manager of the store she should have corrected her employees to act more professionally and to not discriminate. I am baffled that a fellow transgender american is being judged on who she is and being treated like a criminal. This sadness me and makes me lose hope in people. And I hope the LGBT community works to stop hateful acts like this.
