Overland Meat Co

Traveling full-time in my RV across USA I always by my meat from local family run butcher shops. I know it'll cost a little more but, it's definitely worth it. While here I purchased dryrub Ribeyes, hamburger patties, Tri-Tip, porkchops, chicken and swordfish. I asked for tips on best way to prepare and cook each of these items and got some really good tips from 2 gentlemen working behind the counter. 👍 All team members I interacted with were very friendly and professional. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Next time I'm in Tahoe area I will make Overland Meat & Seafood a priority stop.

I love this place. They source quality products. Food cooked with meat from overland tastes way better than Safeway, Raleigh, or whole foods. I also think the prices are fair for the quality. But its not cheap. I've been going here for 15 years and I suggest you do the same. A bit out of the way from Stateline but worth your time. I even buy frozen seafood here as it is also better than whole foods. Last, if you are a chef or want to cook a fancy meal this is your only choice in town. Duck fat, foie gras, venison, pancetta, and so so much more.
