Food was good but prices were a bit surprising. It does make sense for the town though. The onion rings were definitely a good choice too. I loved the Ohana burger. It was a great mix of sweet and savory. They had live music outside when we were there which was cool. It was a nice way to enjoy the cute town we were in!

This was a warm stop for lunch on our way back home from Tahoe. I found this place while roaming around on Heavenly village. The food is fresh and mouth-watering. We got onions rings and inferno burger with a side of sweet potato tater tots. My mom and I loved the onion rings. They were hot, just what we needed after spending hrs in the cold outside 😅. For the inferno burger, I switched it up with chicken breast. The sweet and spicy flavors along with the cheesey chicken patty was really goooddd!!! Also loved the side of sweet potato tots :) We couldn’t finish all of it, so packed some tots and enjoyed on our drive back home as well. Would definitely recommend this place.

My wife and I ended up visiting here twice during our vacation visit. The cocktails were delicious! We really appreciated the great recommendation from our server. The new old fashioned was excellent! We thought the burgers and fries were excellent as well. During our return visit we had the sweet potato tots as our side. I'm not sure I can pick a favorite. We enjoyed the atmosphere and live music outside as opposed to sitting indoors.

This is a solid place to get a bite to eat. Service is good and they were about to have live music outside. Definitely worth getting the sweet potato tots. Those were fantastic. You can sub a veggie patty or chicken foe any of their burgers for those that want something else they also have options for sandwiches and salad if your looking for something else. Would come back if I come back in town.

I ordered the Ohana burger and modified it a little bit, but it was very good! Downside was it was pretty difficult to eat without the bun crumbling. My friend ordered the beer battered cauliflower and loved it…she added Buffalo sauce to hers and it really elevated it. The location is awesome and service was great as well!

We kicked off our week at South Lake Tahoe and tradition would have it, it’s California Burger Company as a first stop. It’s a Sunday and we arrived here at about 6pm. Seating was prompt. Our server was great. She was tentative but not overwhelming. Took our order and was able to answer our questions. Very friendly. Food arrived within about 12 minutes or so. Consistent with past experience, the food is very tasty. Presentation is a 5/5. Taste is a 5/5. Service is a 5/5. Atmosphere is great… had a band playing so we enjoyed our meal to live music. Definitely a 5/5. Overall experience is a solid 5/5. If you’re in the area, definitely recommend stopping by here for lunch or dinner,. The price is a bit on the higher end for a burger (starts in the low $20’s). But you won’t be disappointed.

Ate lunch on a Friday about noon. Gorgeous day in Lake Tahoe so we sat outside. The summer crowds were just beginning on this June 16 day. There were umbrellas to keep the sun off us, while other customers were asking for the umbrellas to be lowered so they could soak the sun in. The waitstaff were very accommodating. My husband ordered The Blues Burger with Beer Battered Sidewinder Fries and a Double Chocolate Chip shake; I ordered a Plain Jane with Onion Rings (I was told they were less than 1/2" because I'm not a fan of fat onion rings). The rings did end up being too large for my liking and our wait staff gladly switched them out for regular fries. It was all pretty tasty and satisfied or hunger. We didn't go into the restaurant so I cannot comment about that. All in all, the restaurant is situated in a very popular section of South Lake Tahoe, The Shops at Heavenly Village, and we would eat there again on a future trip to the area.

We sat outside next to the fireplace which we enjoyed while the sun was out. There was live music which was cool too. We ordered a few drinks and burgers, we all got the Californian with fries which was delicious. We also got some chicken wings which were crispy and juicy. Service was good, though it felt a bit slow but we were enjoying our time so it’s all good.
