Panera Bread

Does management in this particular Panera enjoy bad reviews or do they just not care? They take your money and give you nothing in return. This place is nothing but terrible. Second time I’m picking up to go order there and 2nd time is terrible. Sandwich looked and tasted like it was half day old. Even a baguette was old. Seriously?!?!? No butter with the baguette. Staff not pleasant. Sorry. Pick another Panera if you must. A few months later…. Another pick up, and still the same. A salad with hardly any salad?! Management of this location seriously needs to make some changes.

A mediocre Panera. Have some trouble with 50% of our orders. Sandwiches are sloppily made, salads are wet and lacking. Never feel fully satisfied with my order, doesn’t feel like the good quality that Panera used to have. Serving sizes are definitely definitely smaller than before. Feels like cheap fast food sometimes. People at the counter are usually sweet though. I think the management is to blame. There is definitely no quality control here and seeing from the reviews, I’m not the only one with complaints. Definitely the worst Panera in the area.

Let me start off by saying I order from Panera 3-4x a week In crystal lake with no problem. This Panera in particular is awful. Everytime I order from them there is a problem. I don’t know if they have any common sense at all but as you can see that is NOT a 20 oz coffee, which I pay $5 for… they give me a small EVERYTIME I order a large. And I was even told by staff “no that’s definitely 20 oz” okay then you obviously can’t see right. And the disrespect how my sandwhich was made was unreal. Just ingredients thrown on top and half my sandwhich falling apart when I just started opening it up… they don’t even cut up the Avocado they might as well just give me a whole one. Also, thanks for the straws and napkins to drink the coffee and smoothie with! Oh wait there is none! I don’t know if the owner here is a penny pincher and tries to rip People off but it sure seems like it. Will be telling everybody not to come here

Very bad experience! I arrived here at 8:15pm. Assuming we were having dinner here. They took about 40 minutes to complete my order and at 8:55pm the manager ( very disrespectful)came and yelled at me and said they were closed and we couldn't have dinner inside. They practically kick us out with a 2 yr old. Food was horrible! No refund they said. Very racist manager!

If I could leave this a zero stars I would . Highly not recommended. I have an onion allergy. Whenever I go to a Panera location I ask for my bagels to be hand sliced since I know they know throw them down the same slicer. Young lady proceed to still use the slicer anyways.I had a very bad allergic reaction. After my allergic reaction I reached out to the manger who proceed to give me voucher.that I later tried to use and it was already redeemed. Then the manager insisted I was lying and already used it . Also in this last encounter the young lady took my phone from me and closed the window. Cooperate will be hearing for me .

I got some sort of egg white breakfast wrap but the thing had a ton of Greens in it which I normally wouldn't mind, but they didn't even taste good and it made it very difficult to stay wrapped so the whole thing was falling apart and it had some sort of weird sauce on it that was dripping everywhere, because of the poor wrap. I have to say I didn't love it. I would say if you're going to go for breakfast stick with a bagel maybe the strawberry oatmeal but steer clear of this wrap
