Had been to the downtown Chicago location before - loved the food but hated the crowds and long wait. Loved this location...same amazing food, but a much less chaotic locale and atmosphere. Pizza was hot and perfectly baked, waitstaff was "OK" (not amazing, not horrible). Wait time on pizza may have been a little longer than the average wait they state in their menu, but we weren't in a rush.

Every time I'm in the area I make sure to get Giordano's, among other things. Food was excellent as expected. Wish they would come to Virginia! (Specifically the Richmond area). Staff here were great, friendly and very attentive. We made sure to order our pizza in advance so it would be close to ready when we go there.
Giordanos never disappoints. The wings are always so good and drenched in sauce. Pizza was hot and fresh.
So happy they are so close. This pizza never fails. The deep dish is so delicious. I'm always a fan of Giordano's and tend to visit every location if I see one. LOL
This Giordano’s location in South Elgin is very well run! The wait staff are super attentive and aware of customers needs. Their food is good and comes out of the kitchen fast. Other Giordano’s locations nearby are not well run and so we go a little bit out of our way to visit this one. One staff member ran out to the parking lot, to give left over boxed pizza to a customer who forget theirs at the table. This place is super!
some of the best pizza I have had in a while. definitely planning to dine in again in the future.
