Expect a 20 to 30 minute wait in the drive through. No joke. Standard Dunks menu but the drive through is really really bad. Staff is hit or miss. Usually rude.

This location they are VERY RUDE and unprofessional!! I was given a hard time and the attitude she had about how I wanted my coffee made was completely unnecessary even though I have it made the very same way everytime I order at Dunkin Donuts with no issues. Some people don't take pride in there job. Perhaps she should find another profession I should not have received an attitude about how I like my coffee made.

Sourdough Sandwich and Hash Browns were good , so was the Lg. Frozen Hot Chocolate drink. However the Croussant sandwich and Iced coffee was not, croussant was over cooked and had no flavor. As far as the Iced Coffee the flavoring and the sugar sat on the bottom so when the first sip was taken .....
Service was a little slow but I think it was because they were understaffed, but those who were there were very friendly and polite!.

The Dunks itself is fine. The problem is the layout. One of the worst drive thru and "parking" lots ever.

They don't check the lids to the hot beverages. Because of it the hot coffee went all over me and my vehicle.

after refusing to stop at this particular location for the last 8 years because i've never gotten an order that wasn't wrong for the prior 10 yrs, i had to make a stop today. exceptionally slow staff got every part of my order wrong- donuts and coffee (4 cream/sugers when i ordered 1 ea and the sticker said 1 ea.). two different donuts that bore no resemblance of the 2 blueberry i ordered. stay away not just for the horrible service, but also for the cramped, poorly designed parking and drive-thru.
