Chicken and waffles was so good! Heat, sweet and savory. Bottomless mimosa was just ok, it arrived in an open jar and was already mixed.Would not get that again. (Granite city has bottomless mimosa that you mix yourself and that's a lot more fun.) Breakfast scramble was very tasty! Service was great!! Had a great time!
I hosted my sons 2nd birthday at Pinstripes oakbrook today (all seasons patio) and I am truly so grateful to Dani (my event coordinator), Nick (manager on site) and our servers for all their hard work on my event. The customer service was absolutely exceptional, the amount of compliments we got on the service from our guests was so refreshing to hear. Dani and our whole working staff really were all so amazing to work with and really made this day memorable for us. The food— Amazing, amazing, amazing. For the entree we chose to do the pasta station which was so fun for the guests and it tasted so good!!
Dani also made the whole planning process such a breeze for me and really listened to all the questions and concerns I had. I would 10/10 recommend. I was so extremely happy with my experience and will definitely be hosting another event here in the future. Thank you Dani & team!
Certainly is a fun place to go. Food is well above average. I had the lasagna and it was one of the best I've had at a restaurant. Bocce ball was interesting as well.
I love Pin Stripes. They offer specials that are fantastic. Best deals to eat out around! Curb side pick up has been excellent! I was there on a Friday night with a coupon for an entree and receive second one at no charge. It's a fabulous deal! The service staff was very attentive.
We came here to celebrate my dads birthday and we had a blast. The workers were all very nice friendly and most of all patient. We got there kinda late and because of speech barriers it took a while to get the orders and our waitress didn’t give up or make a fuss. My dad had a lot of fun bowling and said his steak was delicious. We got some burgers and a couple appetizers we recommend the brushetta and wings 😏😏 be ready to spend a good amount tho 😳
A nice fun place to go with kids. Neat and clean bowling place with ample options to dine in while playing. Food is awesome. They also have bocce which is fun too. Online reservations is easy without any wait times. Service is good. Great place for birthday Parties with family and friends🎳
Service is hit or miss. Food is consistent. Very accommodating to food allergies which is appreciated. They honestly need more staff. One star off for sluggish service which should have been remedied by now 2 years into the pandemic. We will continue to go here because of their enforcement of vaccine requirements. I will patronize any business that follows the health mandates that keeps our community safe.
We have been to Pinstripes many times for work gatherings. We've yet to have a bad experience there. Staff is always attentive and happy. The food is great as well.
