My review was 5 stars now it's 1. I've been ordering from them for almost 4 yrs but the prices went up insanely and the quality and quantity decreased significantly. So DISAPPOINTING. THIS WAS MY ORIGINAL REVIEW: Really good food! Love there Teriyaki Sticks (Also known as beef sticks) Definitely recommend!

I'm disappointed with the food order I just received. The spring rolls are smaller and more expensive and do not taste good like they used to be. The Moo Soo pork is more expensive and has hardly any pork. I see pieces of the barbecue ribs mixed in. I'm very disappointed. The food used to be so much better.

I usually go somewhere else for my chinese food but i thought i would try some place new. Well i guess i should not have done that. I ordered egg foo young dinner platter and it terrible. The rice was ok. The egg foo young didnt have the sauce on top instead it was in a seperate plastic bowl. The sauce which is suppose to be thick was like water and had no taste at all. The egg roll was ice cold and tasted pretty bad. I will go back to the place i know and have never had an issue with. The hong kong kitchen.

Fast service, nice staff and good prices. Had the vegetable lo mein, vegetable fried rice and bean curd and vegetable soup. Flavor wise the soup was disappointing though it did have a good amount of tofu, I ended up adding seasonings to it when I got home because it was pretty much hot water not vegetable broth. The lo mein was pretty good and I liked that it came in a large bowl container rather than a takeout box. The vegetable fried rice didn't have much flavor but it was packed with vegetables. I'm not a big fan of baby corn and bamboo shoots and both the lot mein and fried rice had allot. The fried rice every bite tasted like baby corn and with so many vegetables it was hard to pickup with chopsticks out of the container. Not unhappy with my food but I won't be ordering from here again.

Made the mistake of ordering delivery and was told it would be about 40 mins (which is fine). I called because it is close to an hour since I placed the order and was told “we said about 40 mins” then they hung up. I get it, times are tough but I’m less than 3 miles away. So next time, I’ll just do take out. I just wish they were more honest about the delivery time the first time. Will update when the food gets here review when food gets here. Food is fine but I’ll just do take out next time.

On a $75 order they gave us a large pork fried rice instead of a large pork lo mean, no big deal. I called them and asked could I please bring back the rice as Noone was going to eat it and also we wanted the lo mein. They proceeded to say " you're going to pay for the lo mein" um excuse me? The lack of customer service was remarkable. Never will I give them my business again. Paying wasn't the issue, however they should've honored their mistake and made it right.
