Great food, excellent service, and fairly priced, you'll be hard pressed to find a better barbecue joint in the Montgomery county. The owners are awesome people and it shows in their food. I've tried most of their menu and have yet to be let down. The pulled pork is smoked fantastically, giving it that great barbecue taste while maintaining the juiciness and tenderness you'd expect from pork. It pairs very well with any of the in house sauces (the mustard being my favorite for the pork) they make or just plain salt and pepper. The slow smoked chicken is smoked beautifully as well, having a well seasoned, crispy, delicious crust, and meat tender enough that you could eat it with a spoon. The sides that you can choose with an entree are fantastic as well, with a great selection in rotation with a few staples that are consistently offered. I could go on for awhile about the food, but just know that any choice you make will be great. The dining area has a great feel to it, offering an outdoor eating area where you can observe the pit masters at work, while the inside has a rustic barbecue feel and look and also hosts a local market inside, selling goods from local farms and businesses. Whether you're a local or someone stopping into town, this place is a must visit.
