This BK has gone down to rock bottom! 8 minutes in the Drive-through with only 2 other customers! Customer service has become some of the worst I've ever dealt with!! I'd rather talk to comcast than deal with miserable attitude I deal with at this location! When you order the normal menu items it's always either wrong or missing ingredients! I'm done with BK

I just called to see if they where dine in they said no which is fine I understand with everything going on but the lady that awnsered the phone when I asked I said "hi are you guys dine in" I said it very nicely and she said "no!" And slammed the phone down hard and hung up she also was rude awnsering the phone too. I will not be going to this location for a while this location always is like this it's been like this for years.

Service was quick and courteous but the food...eeh. The new melt sandwich needed to be toated to begin to taste ok. $2.50 for a small fry?? The poppers have changed to something you'd find in the grocery store frozen section.

Reading all the recent reviews of the poor service here and I am in complete agreement. I used to frequent this Burger King, but not any more. A few weeks ago, I drove up to the drive thru microphone and waited, and waited, and waited for several minutes (between 5 and 10). When I finally asked if someone could take my order, a whiny, rude voice replied "give me a minute" (as if I hadn't already been waiting several minutes with no acknowledgment, service, or response). Instead of complaining or arguing, I chose to just let it go and leave knowing that I wasn't going to receive "service." Someone in another review said this has to be the worst Burger King and it is certainly some of the worst service I have received at any restaurant anywhere. Avoid it!

My boyfriend and I have been to this location several times. The morning staff is always amazing, great service. We met the manager Larry once and he was also great. What was not great was the service we have received the past few times in the drive thru, particularly tonight. Both times the wait was insanely long. Tonight we ordered 2 whopper meal combos and an order of jalapeño bites. The one drink was a Coke instead of a Dr Pepper and we were missing our jalapeño bites. We had to return to the location to get them and ended up waiting another 10-15 minutes to even speak with someone. I’m not sure who the girl was that finally helped us but she was much nicer than the first. Apologized and even gave us some complimentary cookies for the trouble. However I’d say it’s safe to say neither of us will likely be returning to this location.

BK talk of looking out for the customer but have the inside dinning closed...sure would be nice to wash my hands before eating...only drive through is open on a Saturday...unacceptable....I went elsewhere...McDonald's has a crowded dinning room open across the street...guess other feel the same..

I WOULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS IF I COULD. THIS BK WAS HORRIBLE THE STAFF WERE ARGUING IN FRONT OF US CUSTOMERS WAITING TO ORDER . I HAD TO SAY EXCUSE ME CAN SOMEONE TAKE OUR ORDER . THAN A GROUP OF THE EMPLOYEES WERE TALKING AS IF THEY WERENT AT WORK AND GOOFING OFF IN FRONT OF US AND NOT PUTTING OUR FOOD IN THE BAGS . THAN THEY HAD THE NERVE TO HAVE ATTIUDE TOWARDS ME ASKING IF WE COULD GET OUR FOOD AS I WATCHED IT SIT THERE FOR 10 MINUTES !!! I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THIS AND BELIVE ME I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE . I DONT EVER LEAVE REVIEWS AND IM NOT HARD TO GET MAD . I WAS APPALLED AT THE SERVICE AND WILL NEVER GET FOOD AGAIN FROM THIS LOCATION !!!!
