Little Caesars

We did a walk in order, they said it would be about 10 minutes. Ok fine. Many people came in and left with food after me. After waiting and no other customers, he asked if he could help. What?! I already put in my order! Said it would be about 10-15 minutes more. The deep dish kind doesn’t get in the orders but has to be verbally told. Nope, got a refund and left. Only 1 worker in the back wore a mask. Big box of gloves sitting there but no one was wearing them! Shame as we do love their pizza. But not tonight!!!

They messed up my order it was supposed to be ready at 7:45 I gave them two hours to have it prepared I showed up and nothing was prepared I'm in the parking lot right now waiting I get no discount I got no napkins it's freezing outside it's past closing time I wanted a deep dish and I did not get it they messed up my whole order and did not apologize not professional and they need to go back to high school

I've been using this store for a number of years, and the experience is always varied. Sometimes pizza is actually hot fresh and ready, sometimes you have to wait 5, 10, 20 or even once had to wait almost 45 minutes to get my order. The mobile app does seem to make things easier, but out of the half dozen or so times I've used the app, only once was my pizza ready and in the portal on time. Every other time its anywhere from 5-15 minutes late, meaning the employees are not doing their jobs and checking, because it only takes 15 minutes for the pizza to be made, and my order is always placed at least 20 minutes in advance of my arrival due to drive time from my house.
