Was just here yesterday and loved the holiday decorations. Their sweet and spicy cauliflower was delicious, would get it again. Their truffle onion rings were fluffy and loved the doughy texture. I couldn’t decide between 2 of the pizzas so they allowed to do half truffle mushroom and half street corn. The pizzas were pretty pricey for the amount they offered, but I would only get the truffle pizza again out of those 2 options. Their crimini truffle pasta was pretty good. The garlic bread wasn’t special. It wasn’t high quality Italian food, but it made a pretty good dinner for two. They had plenty of great vegetarian options to choose from!
Food was good. My coworkers and I shared several plates. The pizzas had good reviews by then. I had the club sandwich, and it was solid. Good sourdough bread. Salsas were solid as well. Overall, good food. I would not hurry to come back but would have zero issues returning.
It’s hard to choose where to eat when you are in Sonoma with wine on your mind. Six of us wandered through town stopping at boutiques and tasting rooms and asking the same question: “ Where’s a good place to get lunch?” The Red Grape was universally recommended. Ww tried four different pizzas, two salads, and a caprese salad. The white based, street corn pizza was my favorite. Flat, thin crust with corn, peppers, and spicy seasoning makes you think of upscale fair food. The Cobb salad had a balsamic dressing that added the exact right amount of acid with the creamy avocado. The Tuscan pizza is a red based, artichoke and calamato olives, and again, it is the balance of ingredients that really set this pizza apart from average fair. I had a glass of Three Fat Guys Rose and it was chilled and refreshing. Wide, high space with an open kitchen, swift service, comfortable tables, and an inviting ambiance make this a place you should pick when on Sonoma!
Very nice. The main patio was full, but we were able to sit outside in a covered walkway, which was nice. Probably not as nice as the patio proper, which is why I couldn't go the full 5 stars for Atmosphere. The menu offers several choices. My wife had the Sausage and Mushroom pizza, which smelled great, and I really enjoyed the piece I snagged. I had the Cobb Salad. I typically like Blue Cheese on my Cobb, but they make theirs with Gorgonzola, which I don't personally care for. No problem, though, as they happily substituted Gouda cheese. All in all, a great place that we'll visit the next time we're in Sonoma.
Met my Mom for lunch, the day before my birthday, to celebrate my birthday. My Mom loves this place & always has.
I had the pear & gorganzola pizza, from their lu ch menu. Also one of their daily specials, a really yummy beet salad.
Both were excellent choices.
Absolutely recommend eating here. Enjoy.
The Red Grape is one of my favorite spots in Sonoma. The service is great. The food is delicious. This afternoon I had the Butternut Squash Soup and a flower less chocolate torte. So yummy. Previous visits, I’ve enjoyed the Cesar Chicken Salad, their homemade pizza and pasta. I highly recommend sitting outside in the garden patio on a sunny day. It’s one the best places to be when in Sonoma.
Food was amazing and our service was awesome and speedy! Highly recommend the sweet and spicy cauliflower, it was delicious!!!
Food was decent. We had Funghi pizza, butternut squash soup, beets salad, Brussels sprouts without bacon and hot & spicy cauliflower.
Very good pizzas and ambiance. Service was attentive. This place it’s a east choice if you are looking for a place where to grab a bite in Sonoma
We are locals & love The Red Grape. Nice & casual can sit inside, outside or in the breezeway. Always good pizza with thinner crust. Salads are really tasty as there is something special about the dressing. Greek Salad & Cobb Salad are super satisfying & yummy.
