Friendly and welcoming waiter. The staff was also friendly. I had the seafood stone pot bi big bop, which was $16, came in a large portion, and really delicious. I would definitely recommend trying this place out!
Very nice waiter and tasty food! And of course they give you Banchan! They also have a clever system where you can see what's the food on the menu looks like by scanning a barcode on the table. And also best Soft Tofu Stew I've ever had
Definitely five stars. Service is quick, prompt, and kind. The menu selection is focused to be good. The flavors are mild when they should be and spicy when they should. Lots of good sesame oil when called for, and the kimchi is balanced. Good soups and dishes for a cold nite, and their cold noodles are great in summer.
Very yummy authentic Korean flavors. Portion is generous and food came out quickly. We have been coming here over 10 years and the food quality is always great. Staff there were all nice and attentive. One of the best Korean restaurants in Boston. Highly recommended!
Service and food above average but not great. The bibimbap was fine, fresh ingredients and pretty tasty. Nothing super special. I had the Ulmyeun (seafood with noodles). The broth was tasty, but the seafood was pretty sparse. About 6 tiny shrimps, 6 small pieces of squid and one mussel. Also the green veg and egg shown in the menu photo were pretty much absent.
They forgot to bring my drink, but did take it off the menu and give me a can to go.
I ordered their tangsuyuk and jajangmyeon (jajang noodles) for takeout and they were fantastic. I was worried that the tangsuyuk would lose its crispiness but it was packaged perfectly to keep it from getting soggy, with the sauce on the side. The prices seem a little high, but you'll enjoy a delicious meal in return.
A handful of their dishes can be made vegan. Must try jjamppong! It's super, taste better than the best ones I had, and approved by my Korean friend!
