Pork buns were missing a sauce. Spicy ramen was super spicy. All I could taste was pepper. Was actually the spiciest ramen I’ve ever had. Food was served super quick. Prices were fair for the area. Would go back.
This ramen house uses very flavorful broth which I loved it so much. The ingredients' proportion was ideal and what I impressed was scallion and meat were so fresh and tender.
You can choose the option between chicken and pork to put on the top of the dish. And I highly recommend you to eat with pork. It was great.
This is my 2nd try at Totto. I came here about 3 years ago and I was not impressed, but something changed for me this time around. I like how the noodles are cooked, not too soggy but not too hard. The braised pork belly was impressive as well and was a nice pairing to the broth. Personally I would want less bean sprout in my bowl. The takoyaki is a bit small but very bite size. The spicy fried squid was bomb dot com with the dipping sauce *chef kiss*
Pretty good ramen, friendly service (waited, not counter serve), and trendy but casual interior. Both indoor and outdoor seating available. It does get very busy around dinner time, but that’s a good sign. The only knock is it’s a bit expensive in relative terms compared to other ramen places. Overall a good experience.
The best ramen experience I’ve had. Their buns and fried chicken were amaaazing. I can’t wait to go back!
Was in the area for a couple days around a month ago and absolutely loved this ramen place! Their broth is incredibly savory and their seafood from the Champon Bowl was delicious and fresh! Wish I spent longer here so I could come back.
