Awesome spot. Dumplings are unreal and the sweet and sour chicken was awesome. The wife is picky about Chinese and she loved it. Very affordable too.
I've spent hundreds, maybe thousands, of dollars at Wang's without regret. Their beef noodle soup is as authentic as it gets outside of Taiwan, much to my MIL's delight. Their beef and broccoli is my go to, but had gotten a pricier lately. Their chow fun, hot chili pepper chicken, and hot and sour soup are my usuals, too. And their wings! OMG those wings! I could write a whole novel about those wings...Anyway, I loved getting that free pork fried rice with my orders, but they've tightened the belt since COVID. That's fine, it's totally worth shelling out for to tie everything together.
Food is always hot, excellent and fresh. All at a great price. My go to spot especially for dumplings
Nice staff! The people who work here helped me with my parking problem. I ordered pork and pickle soup noodle. It smells so good and the pork is tender. Like this place!
Their dumplings are stellar, and you can buy 50 frozen dumplings for just over $20. Their menu mostly advertises Americanized Chinese food, but they can whip up delicious authentic Chinese dishes as well! I love their mapo tofu.
Wang's is a dumpling takeout joint. The dumplings are exceptional. Many little eateries in and around Boston have a few specialties that they're known for. Then they add a bunch of "meh" items to appease the expectations of New Englanders. Order the specialties. Avoid the "meh". At Wang's, get the dumplings.
Was looking for some late night munchies on a Friday at midnight and this was still open! They had a quote that some famous chef really liked the spinach dumplings so we ordered that - it was okay. I got them fried too (which cost more) and the sauce was also extra. Disappointed in the overpriced dumplings that didn't live up to its hype. Boyfriend got General Gao's and he seemed to enjoy that though!
