Dunkin'

I’ve gone to this Dunkin’ Donuts a few times. Every single time I go, I just get my coffee very simple. The girls are absolutely rude. I go and give it another chance and it’s the same exact experience every time. They’ll be a girl at the window won’t even say a word and gives me a dirty look and completely unprofessional and that’s not the way any person getting a coffee should start their day with miserable employees. I’m so disappointed. It’s one thing if you have a bad day and don’t want to talk but it’s more than that. There was a girl behind the girl giving me my card back like glaring at me and has her arms crossed. Everyone is just very rude and should be redirected at this Dunkin’ Donuts.

I stopped by the drive thru around 4:45pm on 10/26 and ordered a large hot caramel latte. Same thing i always order at DD. I was handed an ICE cold, like, cold to the touch coffee in a hot latte cup. I thought it was weird, but maybe they had the AC cranking despite it being cold & raining that day. There was a line behind me so i put it in my cup holder and merged onto RT 6. Then i took a sip. It was an iced latte for sure. But had no ice. So they made me the wrong latte, realized it, strained out the ice, put it in a hot cup, and thought... that i would somehow not realize the difference between hot and cold??? Like why not just make the right order..? I'm more blown away by the sheer audacity of the assumption that someone ordering coffee from them would lack the basic ability to distinguish temperatures both through their fingertips and mouth. I mean I laughed, but wow. Wowwww. First time anyone has ever tried to pass off ice cold liquid to me as hot in my entire life. To add to the insult, i had tipped on that coffee, too. Unreal. The only Dunkin Donuts that knows what they're doing in Somerset is the one next to Agoro. Like, it is a commonly known thing in town, but I decided to roll the dice anyway.

Immaculate facility, serving great coffee, teas and other beverages. Great bagels and other breakfast sandwiches. Serving vegan milk choices as well as healthier bagel toppings. Muffins and donuts always fresh. Accommodating for just simple order or order for many. Polite staff who wear masks and respect covid safety restrictions.
