Hardee's

Love the food but ever once in a while, they get something wrong. We ordered in drive thru and when we got to the window, they gave us our food, we drove away. Well my man's burger had onion rings on the burger. It wasn't on it. I tend to make sure we have everything before we drive off. So we went back through and my boyfriend said I think I got the wrong order.. they looked at the receipt, and said ohh we forgot to tell you we was out of onion rings. He asked for some of his money back and they said it already went through and the system shut down that there was nothin they could do. So we drove off.

I maybe a little biased against Hardee's. I had an experience with them years ago that still makes me mad when I think of it. Anyway I was ready to forgive, so I pulled in today. I ordered two chili dogs. I honestly don't remember having worse chili dogs in my life. They should consider buying some off brand hotdog chili from a grocery store.

Literally one other person in the drive thru and we waited over 15 minutes sitting at the menu. We were put on hold and nobody was in front of us. I had to speak up and ask if I could please put in my order before they responded. Had a lot of trouble making the drive thru employee to understand what we wanted(simple combo numbers and no special requests ) once we clarified our order twice then we went to the window. Combos were rang up incorrectly but at this point I just wanna go home. After returning home i found that my chicken sandwich was put on the charbroiled too far back and was burnt to a crisp along with both ham and cheese being piled one side of the bun and no cheese to be found ...ridiculous
