Papa Johns Pizza

We've gotten some great pizza here several times before. Ive also had to deal with sevral times that our order just wasn't the quality we were expecting. Tonight I placed a carry out order and after driving to town and picking up 2 pizzas I got home and when I bit into the pepperoni pizza it was still doughy!!

I love Papa Johns pizza, I really do! However, like some have said on here, there’s a particular important person that works there who is rarely friendly and he never even cracks a smile at you. The other thing is, what has happened to online coupon promo codes at this place? If you find a good one that is still current and enter it, it says that it is not valid at this location. I remember being able to find 40% and 50% off regular menu price items but now the best you can find is 25% off. Why does the Somerset store choose to no longer participate in the promo code offerings like they used to?

This was our first time ordering here since we moved to somerset. We have a two week old baby so we have been doing a lot of delivery! We placed our order at 10pm with a quote of 25 minutes. I received the delivery notification at 10:30 but no delivery. I called the store at 10:45 and was told he was on his way. I called again at 11:11 and was told he forgot something on his last order but again was on his way. Needless to say the order NEVER showed up.

Poor management from the area supervisor to the mother daughter management.... No apologies, for the grease pizza they delivered us.... that is grease from the pizza 🍕 the manager on duty , told me pepperoni cause grease, not that much we only had pepperoni on half, I work at a pizza place, she said you got what you ordered, right??? Refused to refund my $$$ in order to complain you call a third party customer service line after 48 hours,you should hear from someone...did not happen, had to contact the person over franchises, yet he never contacted me either. Bad management from corporate office to the shift management

Pizza is always better than expected, the people that work here are always doing small acts of kindness to be nice. The only issue I had was that online ordering is made unavailable way to far in advance [by the company supposedly, not the store in town] and so I was unable to get my $10 off rewards one time. Also, they do not deliver to my house due to a Google issue where my address on paper says one thing, but Google maps calls it CR-1234Q4 something crazy... The service/pizza is the best though. They do not stretch small dough out to make a large like another pizza place down the road does, so don't choose the other over the extra mile drive.

To me Papa John's is 2nd only to Mellow Mushroom for best tasting pizza in Somerset. This location is fast and helpful. I have ordered from here several times and the order has always been correct and on time. They will also inform you of specials they are currently running to help save you money. The indoor dining area is a bit small. If you are with a bigger party then you may want to think about other options. I prefer just the basic pepperoni and cheese with garlic butter of course! Plan on spending $15-$25 for 2 people.
