They are drive thru only and have been since the start of Covid. Inconvenient sometimes when the line is long.

The food was good and we received it in a timely manner. But the gentleman who took our drive thru order wasn't very friendly at all. Hopefully this isn't his typical customer service attitude, and he was just having a bad day. 🤷♀️

They were out of some items. The walk in was closed probably due to lack of employees. They wait in drive through was about 16 minutes with two vehicles in front of me. They employee was very friendly in the drive through. I do not fault the response being closed inside. I fault the current democrat’s in charge of the country. When you pay people to stay home what do you think will happen.

Went thru drive thru.took a long time.found a piece of wood inside my sandwich.called them with no response.still waiting on them to return my call.this was saturday-today is monday and i still can not contact anyone from whitecastle.
