What a wonderful wedding venue! We got married a little over a year ago (during COVID and pre-vaccines!) and no one got sick at our wedding under the Imperia's careful watch. They were so gracious with dealing with COVID, very flexible and made our lives easy. The staff was absolutely amazing and attentive to us and all our guests. They make sure the bride and groom get to try all the menu options! Food was wonderful as well. There were so many different places to take pictures that it made for so many great photos- i tried to include a couple different shots, all at the venue. They have a little area that lights up at night too. You also cannot beat that a hotel is walking distance from the venue, it really made it so easy for all our guests. (the hotel and venue basically share a parking lot) Would highly recommend as a wedding venue. We worked with Arlene and Jim. Both great!!

We had planned for a 2020 wedding but because of COVID we just got married in March 2022. We were very stressed about how the wedding would turn out after so much delay but it was just amazing! We worked with Arlene to plan and organize and she was absolutely great at keeping everything organized and keeping me calm. On the wedding day, our maître d, Brenda, was everything! The team of people serving and making sure everything was in order were so professional and efficient. The food was so good and everyone got their fill of drinks as well. The Imperia completely exceeded my expectations.

Overall we had a very positive experience at the Imperia. The staff was very flexible especially with having to move our date due to the COVID 19 pandemic. Arlene was amazing during the planning process. She made herself readily available and we always felt welcome to stop by and have our questions answered. We also loved that the Imperia was always open to allowing us to stop by during the week to take pictures and plan our reception. Having the hotel(Springhill) next to the Imperia with a free breakfast was also a plus. Our guests loved being so close to the property and we saved on transportation. One area of improvement would be with staying organized with the wedding materials we dropped off. We asked for hand sanitizers to be placed on each table, but they were handed out as party favors. Two of our candles for our wedding ceremony were also not in the correct place. We tried to make an easy to read list, but there was some miscommunication. The staff was great and our guests felt like royalty. The rooms are grand and there is plenty of space. Only improvement we would offer is that we didn't meet our bridal attendants until later in the evening. They were supposed to be there with us during the reception but they didn't take our food order and we didn't get our food until long after our guests had already eaten. In summary we had a great experience. The venue is amazing and it is great being in the Springhill hotel next to the venue. I think if they give some feedback to the day of staff to improve their communication with the bride and groom they will be in good shape.

I own a valet parking company - we provided valet service for this venue for around 2 years. After COVID they decided to not pay us for work already rendered and parties they were already paid for. Horrible business to deal with very unprofessional, complete embarrassment to the hospitality industry! Pay your vendors!

The Imperia is awesome. We had the pleasure to DJ and do photography again for a Quinceanera in December. This venue is centrally located and very elegant. The entrance really leaves an impression and the rooms are large and updated. I would recommend The Imperia.

Good environment. Food is average. Services are so so. Price is not known as I was being invited. It may be a nice place for parties.
