I stood at the counter for five minutes and not a single one of the employees acknowledged me. I was in a hurry and really needed to get it quick but no one even gave me the time of day. Angrily, I stormed out and drove into the drive-through. After about 30 seconds of silence someone comes onto the speaker and says you need to wait. They were rude and didn’t even say you’re welcome when I got my stuff. They are not friendly and had me cursing them out in the car afterwards:(

First Check your Order! This was the 2nd time in 6 months (since beginning of the THIS year, the same male cashier keyed me WRONGfor the same $6 Donut, which l never buy as a DIABETIC).
You’d think he would know better, as l buy coffee here a few times a month, and interestingly, it’s usually always the same manager who just sits there, looking at his phone, not saying a word which makes you wonder if he’s in on it.. He's still there many months after this review. Why let someone who steals keep there job? He doesn't say hello...
This, makes me wonder how many times I DIDN’T LOOK at my receipt, that I was overcharged by more than a few dollars.
Second arrive early. I don’t know how early they bake the goods, but everything goes quickly but they must bake really early in the morning, because I've noticed that sometimes the bagels seem a bit stale, by 11am
The girl who works there is kind, and the only reason l want to stop to get a coffee, if l have to leave the house, but I think I’m going to have to go to the drive-through one on Warwick Road from now on.

Very slow and rude. 11 minutes in the drive through for a coffee. Second car in line. They often get the order wrong. Quality of the food is horrible and the coffee is often old. They have zero personal skills. Can’t even say thank you or you’re welcome. Absolutely horrible

Very rude customer service. When you make a mistake on an order the proper way to handle it is to try and fix it not be ignorant and tell someone there's nothing you can do unless they want to come back to the store and get it. If you are unable to refund money for online orders at the store you could politely say that unfortunately in order to get your money back you have to call the Dunkin Corporate 1800 number to do that, not it was a mistake and there's nothing I can do. The employees at this particular location are not pleasant at all and I will never purchase anything from this particular store ever again I will go the extra 5 minutes down the pike to the Lawnside location where the employees actually treat their customers properly.
